De oprichter van Colstrat Holding, Rob Valk, heeft een indrukwekkend trackrecord in de bancaire sector, de logistieke sector en de technologie wereld. Alle executive functies die hij heeft bekleed, hebben altijd een sterke focus gehad op rationalisatie, reorganisatie en op business development.
Uiteindelijk onvermijdelijk heeft hij samen met zijn collega en goede vriend Jan Kooyman zijn eerste bedrijf opgezet. Zij maakten dit bedrijf succesvol door het ontwikkelen en realiseren van multidisciplinaire e-commerce oplossingen voor de grote bedrijven.
Diverse projecten voor de detailhandel, e-security bedrijven, Trusted Third Parties (TTP), logistieke- en financiele dienstverleners en fulfillmentbedrijven zijn inmiddels op de markt van start gegaan of wachten nog op het juiste startmoment.
Na dit succesvolle aventuur heeft hij Colstrat Holding opgezet om een platform te hebben voor nieuwe initiatieven en activiteiten en om bestaande businessbelangen, participaties en intellectuele eigendomsrechten in onder te brengen.
